Greta Chatterley passed away during 2024. We aim to continue meeting regularly, to share knowledge and ideas relevant to woodcarving. We consider this to be the best tribute to Greta, and the best way to remember all that she taught us over many years

We meet regularly in Frant Village Hall, and welcome anyone intereted in woodcarving, to join us. complete beginners or accomplished carvers.

We hope to learn together from each others experience, and over a few weeks, would discuss suitable timber, tools and their maintenance, design, techniques and finishing. Use of clay models, workholding and anything else can feature!
